Position: Assistant Manager – Technical Sales

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive B2B sales and develop new business opportunities.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.✅ Manage client relationships, leads, quotations, and RFQs.✅ Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations.✅ Develop solutions for robotics, IoT, and electronics applications.✅ Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical workshops.✅ Lead and support the sales/application engineering team.✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or an MBA in Marketing/Technology Management.
Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product sales.Knowledge of robotics, IoT, electronics, or prototyping platforms.Experience with technical demonstrations, RFQs, and solution development.Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.Experience leading a small sales or application engineering team.
