Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, including precast manufacturers, EPC contractors, builders and infrastructure developers.
• Generate leads and develop a pipeline of upcoming projects through site visits, tender tracking and industry networking.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, architects, purchase teams and project engineers.
• Promote and obtain approvals for company products through technical presentations, product demonstrations and site trials.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, regular customer engagement and repeat business.
• Provide on-site technical support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, including revenue, margins and collections.
• Maintain sales reports, customer information, project pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or project sales in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets.
• Existing network among precast manufacturers, EPC contractors, builders or consultants in Mumbai and Pune.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A valid driving licence and own two-wheeler or four-wheeler are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in construction chemicals such as concrete admixtures, waterproofing, repair mortars, grouts, sealants or coatings.
• Experience in specification-based selling to consultants and architects.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
