Job Description – Technical Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for technical and industrial products.
• Identify new clients and generate business through calls, meetings, and field visits.
• Promote and sell automation products, IoT solutions, sensors, flow meters, and industrial instruments.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Manage existing clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Strong B2B technical sales experience.
• Experience in industrial automation, IoT, instrumentation, or engineering products preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to clients.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in industrial automation, machinery, instrumentation, or IoT product sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
