Job Description

Business Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultations & Demos: Meet with clients to evaluate their operational requirements, design custom configurations, and run live product demonstrations or proofs-of-concept (PoC).
Proposal & Tender Management: Answer Requests for Quotations (RFQs), RFPs, and security/IT questionnaires, draft technical proposals, and calculate cost estimates.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, and specifiers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay field feedback and custom feature requests back to internal R&D, product management, and production teams.
Training & Enablement: Conduct product training sessions, technical webinars, or continuing education (CEU) classes for internal sales teams and external partners.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor product movements, pricing trends, and compliance/code standards in the assigned region.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
