Role Overview: As a Senior Customer Care Executive for International Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process in the US shift at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers regarding computer issues. You will need to diagnose the problems accurately and suggest suitable plans to resolve the issues. Additionally, you will be tasked with selling technical support plans and relevant software to the customers.
