Technical Python Lead

As a Technical Python Lead at Spectral Consultants, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Python applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features, utilizing Flask, FastAPI, or Django to build applications. Your role will involve designing scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra, as well as working with integration patterns and authentication frameworks. In this position, you will be expected to develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Applying design patterns for maintainability and scalability, using Git for version control, and participating in code reviews to mentor junior developers will also be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance, along with staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, are key aspects of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of professional experience in Python development. Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django, as well as familiarity with NoSQL databases and strong REST API and third-party integration skills, are required. Proficiency in working with cloud platforms, design patterns, multithreading, concurrent programming, unittest, pytest, and Git version control is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work independently and in teams, and prior experience in mentoring and reviewing team deliverables are also necessary for this role.,
