About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of large-scale customer-facing digital platforms across onboarding, account management, customer servicing, profile management, and transaction processing domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in technical program management, enterprise application delivery, Agile transformation, and Banking & Payments platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing digital platform initiatives and strategic transformation programs.
• Drive program planning, roadmap execution, release management, and delivery governance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product management, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams across distributed delivery environments.
• Coordinate backlog planning, prioritization, dependency management, and release readiness activities.
• Drive Agile and SAFe delivery practices across engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Review solution architectures, API designs, integration strategies, and platform dependencies.
• Identify technical, operational, and business risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Track and report program health, KPIs, milestones, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of production releases and platform rollouts.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define implementation strategies and feature delivery roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making processes.
• Promote engineering best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation and customer-facing platform initiatives.
• Strong experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
• Technical background with hands-on knowledge of Java-based enterprise application ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, APIs, Distributed Systems, and Cloud-Native Platforms.
• Experience reviewing technical solutions, architecture designs, and integration strategies.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity management, and customer data management platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Expertise in project planning, release management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of non-functional requirements including security, scalability, availability, performance, and compliance.
• Experience driving stakeholder alignment across technology, business, product, and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise programs in fast-paced environments.
