NOTE: This role requires a hands-on Project Manager of atleast 5 years , not someone whose experience is limited to project coordination, task tracking, or follow-ups.

About the Role

Dynamics Square is looking for an experienced and accountable Project Manager with a strong background in managing and delivering IT projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently driving project execution, managing international clients, handling risks and escalations, and taking complete ownership of project outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically as a Project Manager.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills , preferably managing international clients across Australia, the US, UK, or Europe.
• Strong experience in managing and delivering IT/software/technology projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record of independently owning projects and being accountable for delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing project planning, execution, budgets, resources, risks, timelines and scope.
• Ability to make independent decisions, resolve issues, and drive projects without constant managerial supervision.
• Experience interacting directly with senior leadership, such as Directors, VPs or Heads of Department, and presenting project updates.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects end-to-end, from project initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for project timelines, scope, budget, resources, quality and deliverables.
• Independently manage project risks, issues, dependencies, escalations and change requests.
• Work directly with clients, senior stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports, MIS dashboards, RAID logs and progress updates to senior management.
• Manage project governance, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery commitments.
• Conduct client meetings, project reviews and stakeholder discussions, including with international clients.
• Identify project bottlenecks proactively and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
