TECHNICAL MANAGER - JAVA

As a Technical Manager - Java with 8+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to design and implement scalable reporting systems, manage high-volume transaction data, and lead a team of seniors and engineers in Coimbatore. Your role is crucial in maintaining the technical excellence of batch processing programs, financial reports, and automation workflows, while also fostering innovation and collaboration within the team. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team, oversee the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of financial reporting systems and automation solutions, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Your expertise in concurrent programming will be essential in designing and implementing high-performance systems to handle daily transaction records and optimizing batch processing programs for efficient data handling. Collaboration with the finance team is key as you develop and maintain automated reports for financial transactions and client insights, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders. You will also work extensively with Oracle and MySQL databases, optimizing queries and ensuring data consistency and integrity, while deploying and managing solutions in an AWS environment. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, acting as the technical point of contact for reporting and automation projects, and driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance system performance and scalability. Your strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Java, Oracle, MySQL, AWS, and software development lifecycle will be crucial in ensuring the success of reporting and automation projects.
