Technical Manager - Dairy

As a Technical Manager & Farm Service - Dairy at Livestock Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and on-ground support to the sales team, dairy farmers, and channel partners. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborate closely with dairy farmers to offer customized farm service solutions aimed at enhancing milk production and improving overall herd health. - Conduct farmer meetings, training programs, and workshops focusing on nutrition management, feeding protocols, and best farm practices. - Assist the sales team by promoting products and explaining the scientific benefits to farmers and dealers. - Guide farmers on feed formulations, balanced nutrition, and cost-effective feeding practices. - Provide insights on mastitis control, reproductive efficiency, calf rearing, and general animal health. - Gather on-ground insights regarding dairy industry trends, competitor activities, and farmer challenges to ensure continuous product and service improvement. - Work closely with internal teams to develop scientifically backed cattle feed solutions. - Maintain technical reports, farmer testimonials, and impact assessments for future reference. **Qualifications & Experience:** - M.V.Sc / B.V.Sc in Animal Nutrition, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years in dairy farm advisory, nutrition consulting, or technical farm support. - Strong understanding of cattle nutrition, feeding systems, and dairy farm management. - Excellent communication, training, and technical problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
