Description
As a Technical Lead - Java Selenium at CitiusTech, you will play a crucial role in building healthcare applications and implementing new features while upholding the highest coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using Selenium and Java. - Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely execution. - Review and optimize test scripts for performance and reliability. - Track and report test coverage, defects, and quality metrics. - Ensure adherence to QA best practices and coding standards. - Stay updated with industry trends and introduce innovative testing solutions. Experience: 5 - 7 Years Location: Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree: BE/ME/BTech/M Tech. - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. - ISTQB or equivalent certification Skills: Mandatory Technical Skills: - Selenium WebDriver and Java - Designing and maintaining automation frameworks (Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Hybrid) - Proficiency in TestNG or JUnit, Maven/Gradle, and Git - Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) - Solid understanding of STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills - Experience in leading small teams and managing test deliverables - API testing experience using REST Assured or Postman Good to have Skills: - Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave) - Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) - Familiarity with Cloud-based test execution platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) - Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker) - Experience working in Agile projects CitiusTech is committed to combining the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding to humanize healthcare and make a positive impact on human lives.
