Job Description: You will be responsible for designing and implementing the best engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools. With a minimum of 7+ years of in-depth experience in Ruby on Rails, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of object-oriented programming. Experience in Trailblazer will be an added advantage. Additionally, your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be crucial for this role. Having experience in ReactJS will be considered a big plus. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails web applications/webservices in an agile environment, valuing Test Driven Development and Clean Coding. Your technical expertise should cover Core Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML & JavaScript, as well as databases like PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Redis Cache, Memcached, or similar distributed memory caching systems, along with Docker, will be expected.
