Technical Lead - Ruby on Rails

Role Overview: As a senior Ruby on Rails developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the best engineered technical solutions using the latest technologies and tools. You will also develop and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications/webservices in an agile environment. Your role will involve valuing Test Driven Development and Clean Coding principles. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 7+ years of in-depth experience in Ruby on Rails with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming - Experience in Trailblazer is an added advantage - Proficiency in Core Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Redis Cache, and Docker - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in ReactJS will be a big plus Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of server-side templated programming - Good knowledge of web development - Excellent understanding of design principles - Good knowledge of code versioning tools like GitHub, Git, etc. Additional Details: The company offers you the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise solutions and explore new technologies and frameworks with accomplished solution architects and industry leaders.
