Technical Lead RPA

You are an experienced RPA Lead with 6 to 10 years of industry experience, seeking to join TAO: The Automation Office in Bengaluru. Your role involves innovating and exploring possibilities in robotics, collaborating with business operations and analysts to optimize workflow processes, and leading automation projects using technologies like UiPath and Automation Anywhere. As an RPA Lead, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation Anywhere and be proficient in UI Path, Blue Prism, and Power Automate. Possessing Automation Anywhere RPA Developer certification is mandatory along with hands-on experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, etc. You should be capable of designing technical specifications for RPA projects, handling teams, resolving issues, and developing/consuming APIs. Your responsibilities as a Lead include guiding the team in process design, developing and testing automation workflows, deploying RPA components, supporting solution launches, creating documentation, ensuring automation quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. You will also translate business requirements into technical designs, work on deployments and troubleshooting, and stay updated on relevant technologies and processes. Key attributes for this role include attention to detail, analytical skills, time and project management proficiency, technical communication abilities, problem-solving skills, adaptability in ambiguous situations, and self-motivation. You should excel in presentations, verbal and written communication, multitasking, and prioritizing critical tasks. The qualifications required for this position are a B.Tech./B.E./M.E./M.Tech./MCA degree, Automation Anywhere RPA Developer certification, and a preference for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer science.
