Technical Information Specialist

You will oversee the submission and fulfilment of requests for technical information updates. Being the local expert for specific publication deliverables, you will assist on-site team members with short-term assignments. Collaborating with service and technical engineers, you will draft technical information and ensure clarity and consistency with style guides using SID/GRIPS. Your responsibilities will include submitting technical information for review, creating graphics from 3D models, photographs, and sketches, and evaluating long-term needs for major projects and information updates while maintaining project timelines. Additionally, you will conduct training for other Technical Information freshers as required. Participating in agreed-upon training and daily team meetings will be essential to set priorities and manage production effectively. Skills Required: - Experience with various software packages including word processing, SGML language, CAD Software (Pro-Engineer, Catia, etc.), and vector-based illustration software (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) - Completion of adequate training for operation on electrical installations in vehicles following standard STD 871-0003 - Knowledge of different graphic file format conversion types and methods.,
