Job Description – IT Customer Care / Service Desk Support

Provided first-level IT support by handling incidents and service requests through phone, email, chat, and remote support.
Logged, categorized, prioritized, and tracked tickets using ITSM tools while ensuring SLA compliance.
Performed initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN, network, and user account issues.
Escalated complex or unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams within defined SLA timelines.
Managed Active Directory user accounts, password resets, account unlocks, and access provisioning requests.
Monitored ticket queues, followed up with users, and ensured timely ticket resolution and closure.
Maintained accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Delivered excellent customer service by providing timely updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
