TECHNICAL HEAD

As a Technical Head at our organization, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions to create new software or improve existing ones while adhering to departmental development standards. Your role will involve closely aligning these solutions with the business requirements to ensure optimal functionality. Your key responsibilities will include actively participating in project development, continuously monitoring and enhancing methodologies for improved delivery, and supporting initiatives aimed at upgrading the technology and tools utilized within the organization. Additionally, you will have direct oversight of all training activities within your area, including regular training programs, campus initiatives, and student projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, HTML, and Bootstrap. Moreover, a deep understanding and practical experience with complex databases will be crucial for success in this position. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Applications, or Science, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
