Technical ERP Specialist - Support & Implementation

As a Technical ERP Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be a key member of our IT team responsible for the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the ERP system, monitoring system performance, and implementing solutions for optimization. You will also be responsible for routine system maintenance, such as patch management, upgrades, and data backups, as well as managing user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure data security. In addition, you will design, develop, and maintain custom reports, queries, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and integrate the ERP system with other business applications using APIs, web services, or other integration methods. You will collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather and analyze requirements, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and participate in testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs. Providing training and documentation to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices will also be part of your role. Your involvement will extend to assisting in the planning, execution, and Go-Live phases of ERP implementation projects or module rollouts, contributing to project documentation, and staying up-to-date with the latest ERP technologies, trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Technical ERP Specialist or similar role. You should also possess proven technical expertise with a specific ERP system, relevant programming language proficiency, database management systems experience, and familiarity with integration methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively are essential for this position. Additionally, having ERP certification, experience with reporting tools, knowledge of cloud platforms, and familiarity with ITIL framework would be advantageous for this role.,
