Technical ERP Specialist

You are a highly motivated and skilled Technical ERP Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, joining our IT team to play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, maintenance, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the ERP system, monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization solutions. You will also perform routine system maintenance, manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring data security. In addition, you will design, develop, and maintain custom reports, queries, and dashboards to provide actionable insights, as well as integrate the ERP system with other business applications using APIs or web services. Collaborating with functional teams and business users, you will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop appropriate solutions. Your involvement will extend to assisting in ERP implementation projects, contributing to project documentation, staying updated with ERP technologies, identifying process improvement opportunities, and proactively suggesting efficiency gains. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with hands-on experience as a Technical ERP Specialist. Your technical expertise should include proficiency in a relevant programming language for ERP customization, experience with database management systems, familiarity with integration methodologies and tools, and a solid understanding of core business processes. Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Having ERP certifications, experience with reporting tools, knowledge of cloud platforms, and familiarity with ITIL framework would be considered advantageous for this position.,
