Technical Document Migration Freelancer

Job Description: You will be playing a key role in migrating and organizing technical documents from various GitHub repositories to our proprietary in-house document management platform at Wind Pioneers. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy, structure, and accessibility of these documents for multiple client organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Download and migrate PDF and Excel files from diverse GitHub repositories. - Organize documents based on client groups and project categories. - Establish structured organization spaces within our in-house platform. - Upload and categorize documents while adhering to strict file-naming conventions. Qualification Required: - Basic proficiency in navigating GitHub, including repository browsing, file downloads, and pull requests. - Prior experience in file management and batch processing operations. - Ability to swiftly grasp new platforms, work autonomously, and adapt as needed. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a knack for following structured processes.
