Expertise in Technology writing, user manual, technical blogs & project documentation. Work on press releases, corporate communications and employer branding. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their content requirements and gather insights. Maintain effective communication channels to ensure content aligns with business objectives. Conduct research to formulate ideas, support writing, and ensure the clarity of technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Work closely with technical staff to simplify complex technical concepts and make products and instructions more user-friendly. Contribute to the development of content strategy, including SEO optimization, to increase visibility and reach.
