Technical content manager

As a Technical Content Manager (Full Stack), you will play a key leadership role in content development, contributing to the platform's technical depth and quality. Your primary focus will be on technical content creation, involving tasks such as designing technical problems for the platform and clients, reviewing code, and drafting software designs. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and translating them into effective, problem-based content. Your contributions to content development will span various key areas, including full-stack development problems, database design problems, core middle-tier modules, performance optimization, containerized applications, and cloud technologies along with DevOps practices. Your role will also involve expanding your expertise in continuous delivery and other domains within modern software engineering. Key Responsibilities - Lead technical content creation by designing software problems and reviewing code for accuracy and clarity. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored content solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain an internal content library across the entire tech stack, ensuring performance and scalability. - Create content focusing on relational, NoSQL, and in-memory databases, cloud infrastructure, and container technologies. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to enhance organizational capabilities and content practices. - Stay updated on the latest open-source libraries, frameworks, and technologies, actively participating in Agile software development practices to foster innovation within the team. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in complex enterprise systems. - Strong skills in technologies like Java, Python, Spark, Secure Coding, Synchronous/Asynchronous Microservices. - Proficiency in frontend development with an understanding of core principles. - Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, in-memory databases, cloud technologies, and container technologies. - Knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and experience in managing containerized applications in production. - Familiarity with Big Data platforms and modern engineering practices such as code refactoring, continuous integration, and security best practices. - Proficient in Agile methodologies, application scalability, and performance optimization tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of innovative solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing client expectations and delivering under pressure.
