About C-DISC

C-DISC Technologies is a deep-tech construction startup developing innovative, sustainable construction solutions.

Our patented PEN Foundation technology is reimagining conventional foundation systems through faster installation, reduced excavation and lower environmental impact.

We are expanding our commercial team to take this technology to homeowners, architects, developers, construction companies and large corporate clients.

Why This Role Exists

We aren't looking for someone who simply follows up on leads.

We need an engineer who understands construction, communicates confidently with customers, identifies business opportunities and converts technically feasible projects into revenue.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, business development, customer relationships and market expansion.

What You'll Do

• Develop business opportunities across construction, real estate, prefab, infrastructure and institutional segments.
• Identify and approach architects, developers, contractors, corporate clients and potential channel partners.
• Manage inbound enquiries and independently generate outbound opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, drawings, specifications and project feasibility.
• Conduct technical product presentations, client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for proposals, quotations and project execution.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, order conversion and customer handover.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and follow-up schedules.
• Explore new markets, partnerships and repeatable business development strategies.

Who We're Looking For

Essential qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in technical sales, business development, construction, building materials or related sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand construction methods, drawings and technical specifications.
• Commercial mindset with a willingness to travel and meet customers.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving ability and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B technical sales or project-based selling.
• Existing relationships with architects, builders, contractors or developers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Zoho CRM.
• Experience working in startups or emerging technology businesses.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary of ₹3.6 LPA (₹30,000/month) + Indicative Performance Incentive of ₹2.4 LPA + Retention Award of ₹1 lakh across 3 years + Indicative ESOP Grant of ₹1 lakh

Total Indicative Package₹8 lakh

Performance Incentives

• Currently up to 1.5% of eligible product order value, subject to the approved incentive plan.
• Minimum eligible order value: ₹1.5 lakh.
• Incentives are linked to eligible sales, individual contribution and realised customer payments.
• The ₹2.4 LPA variable component is an indicative earning opportunity, not guaranteed compensation or an earnings cap.
• Incentive rates and eligibility criteria may be revised prospectively in accordance with company policy.

The retention award is spread across three years. ESOPs are subject to grant approval, vesting and applicable scheme conditions. Neither represents guaranteed annual cash compensation.
