Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our RPO services in North America and APAC regions. Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy in line with the company’s growth goals. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure. Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and procurement teams within global enterprises. Collaborate closely with internal solution design, implementation, and delivery teams to develop tailored RPO solutions. Represent the organization at international HR, staffing, and outsourcing events, both virtually and in-person. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Stay informed about global talent acquisition trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA or degree in International Business preferred). Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in RPO or staffing sales with a strong focus on international markets. Demonstrated success in closing large-scale, multi-country or global RPO deals. In-depth knowledge of global RPO delivery models, SLAs, compliance standards, and pricing structures. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven effectiveness in cross-cultural environments. High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to building new business relationships.
