Tech Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, software, and network facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Support employees with email, internet, and other IT-related requirements.
• Maintain IT asset records and track hardware and software inventory.
• Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, and data backup.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical services.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and their resolutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk operations.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows OS, and MS Office.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide timely support to employees across different locations, if required.

Preferred Candidate

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Able to manage multiple technical requests efficiently.
• Willing to travel to organisational centres, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
