Job Description: IT Technical Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the organization's IT systems. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting skills, knowledge of computer hardware and networking, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, email, and connectivity issues.
• Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting support.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, access permissions, and basic Active Directory tasks, if applicable.
• Install and update software, antivirus tools, and operating system patches.
• Diagnose and resolve IT support tickets within agreed timelines.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system allocation records, and software installation documentation.
• Support video conferencing tools, email applications, and other business software.
• Coordinate with internet service providers, hardware vendors, and external IT support teams when required.
• Follow IT security policies, data protection procedures, and backup practices.
• Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and recurring problems.
• Need to Know the CRM tool.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT, BCA, B.Sc. IT, Diploma in Computer Science, or a relevant qualification.
• Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, desktop support, or technical support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple support requests and work independently.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA), depending on experience and skills.
• Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
