Role Overview: Join our team of Digital Identity professionals at Accenture to shape identity strategies, design scalable IAM solutions, and help clients enable secure and seamless digital experiences. As a Digital Identity Advisor, you will be part of the Technology Strategy & Advisory team, working on innovative R&D transformation to redefine business models using agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Shape digital identity strategies and value propositions to drive impactful discussions with CISOs, CIOs, and senior leadership. - Demonstrate strong analytical and consulting skills to assess IAM maturity, governance models, and access controls. - Capitalize on understanding of identity and access management principles, privileged access management, and customer identity concepts. - Lead proof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scale implementations across multiple technology domains. - Maximize subject matter expertise on security-led projects and play a key role in pitches where data-based RFP responses are discussed. - Contribute in presenting security strategy to clients, develop clients maturity in the use of data within various domains. - Demonstrate ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. - Use knowledge of key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience in Digital Identity & Access Management. - Passion for helping organizations secure their digital workforce and customer interactions. - Ability to define strategies that transform identity and access management into a business enabler. - Aspiration to advise C-suite executives on governance, risk, and compliance in digital identity journeys.
