Tech. Ops Analyst

As an Editorialist team member at a luxury fashion e-commerce platform that merges fashion with technology to revolutionize style discovery, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include: - Onboarding new retailers for the US and Other Markets - Monitoring and managing the existing import system and all Day-to-Day Import System Activities - Debugging, fixing, and escalating issues related to the product feed and native checkout raised by different teams - Conducting regular audits of retailers" data feeds to identify and resolve system issues - Writing scripts for automating daily activities - Setting up and monitoring ongoing and new catalog processes according to the latest requirements - Coordinating with other teams to complete assignments and follow-ups - Auditing native checkout fail orders to identify data issues and bugs for improving fulfillment rate - Managing ops activity of the backend system for .com alongside prime catalog responsibilities - Handling catalog ad hoc activities as per real-time requirements - Managing catalog infrastructure for QA and Automation To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT - 2+ years of experience in merchant operations or a similar role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries - Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting and Unix commands - Ability to write and debug bash scripts for operational needs - Strong analytical and debugging skills for efficient issue resolution Additionally, the following qualifications are considered a bonus: - Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and log management - Experience working at an e-commerce marketplace or a passion for fashion and personal luxury goods At Editorialist, you will be part of a fast-paced, tech-savvy startup environment where your contributions will directly impact user experience and system architecture.
