They are currently seeking a Data Analytics Lead with 8+ years of experience to join their team. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and nurture a high-performing team of data engineers and data analysts. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to prioritize platform ingestion requirements. - Lead the data analytics team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. - Manage customer, partner, and internal data on cloud and on-premises platforms. - Evaluate current data technologies and trends, fostering a culture of learning. - Develop an end-to-end data strategy from gathering business requirements to building reports and dashboards. Qualification Required: - Experience in data engineering and architecture, focusing on scalable cloud solutions in Azure Synapse/Microsoft Fabric/Azure Databricks. - Proficiency in SQL and Pyspark, with strong knowledge of data architecture and ETL processes. - Ability to design and build operationally efficient pipelines using Azure components like Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. - Strong understanding of building PowerBI reports and dashboards. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
