SAP Warehouse Management Consultant

Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in SAP WM and extensive knowledge in Application Management Services (AMS) engagement.
This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead SAP WM

Implementations

: Oversee and manage SAP WM module implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

AMS Engagement

: Provide comprehensive support in AMS, ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Business Process Analysis

: Analyze and document warehouse management processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

System Configuration

: Configure SAP WM modules to meet business requirements, including inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and warehouse operations.

User Training and Support

: Develop and deliver training sessions to end users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Project Management

: Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery within scope and budget.

Stakeholder Communication

: Collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.

Documentation

: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all SAP WM activities.

Qualifications Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and AMS engagement.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in SAP WM module configuration, integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, LE), and AMS methodologies.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess complex business processes.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.

Project Management

: Proven experience in managing SAP WM projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Certifications

: SAP WM certification is preferred but not required.
