Tech Lead (Consultant) Voice AI

As a Tech Lead (Consultant) for Voice AI at TechLadder, your role involves automating, optimizing, and scaling the Vaarti product, a voice-first AI agent for outbound & inbound calls using STT, LLM, and TTS pipelines. Your responsibilities will include: - Automating and streamlining existing workflows such as call orchestration and CRM/MIS integration. - Optimizing the STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline for improved performance and cost efficiency. - Setting up a reliable deployment process using Docker & AWS. - Ensuring effective monitoring, error handling, and scalability of the system. - Acting as a core member of the team to facilitate the evolution of the product. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML voice systems or automation. - Strong expertise in LLMs, STT, and TTS with a track record of successful implementations. - Proficiency with Docker, AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.). - Comfortable with process automation and ensuring system reliability. - Experience with Conversational Voice AI agents will be advantageous. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be available for 34 hours/day on weekdays and 8 hours/day on weekends. The compensation for this position ranges from 30,000 to 50,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow as a core team member and potentially earn long-term equity.,
