Tech Lead - Azure Databricks/ Azure Data Factory

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is looking to hire a Data Analytics Lead with 8+ years of experience to join their team in Gurgaon, IN. As a part of their dynamic team, you will be responsible for building, managing, and fostering a high-functioning team of data engineers and analysts. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to capture and prioritize platform ingestion requirements and lead the data analytics team members to ensure their professional growth and success. Additionally, you will be accountable for managing customer, partner, and internal data on the cloud and on-premises, evaluating current data technologies, and promoting a culture of learning. Key Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and foster a high-functioning team of data engineers and data analysts. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture and prioritize platform ingestion requirements. - Lead the data analytics team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their professional growth. - Manage customer, partner, and internal data on the cloud and on-premises. - Evaluate current data technologies and trends, and promote a culture of learning. - Build an end-to-end data strategy from collecting requirements to data modeling and building reports and dashboards. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture, focusing on developing scalable cloud solutions in Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric / Azure Databricks. - Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Proficiency in SQL and Pyspark. - Strong knowledge of building PowerBI reports and dashboards. - Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
