Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to design and execute e-commerce growth strategies across Amazon, D2C, and digital platforms. Support in building automations and scripts (Google Sheets, Python, n8n, Zapier, etc.) for campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization. Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for improving conversions, ROAS, and customer acquisition. Assist in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Research new AI/automation trends and suggest how they can be applied to client campaigns. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Amazon, D2C) to deliver measurable client growth. Responsibilities: Strategize, create, and optimize Google Shopping Ads and Meta Conversions Ads campaigns for client success. Manage and customize Shopify stores, ensuring seamless user experience, website functionality, and performance. Implement conversion tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking mechanisms. Leverage Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics to extract insights, assess performance, and optimize digital campaigns. Support Shopify development activities such as theme customization, app integration, and performance optimization. Collaborate with design and development teams to create engaging landing pages and other web assets to enhance conversion rates. Conduct competitive and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and improve campaign strategies. Deliver insightful reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and conversions, providing actionable recommendations to clients. Stay updated with the latest eCommerce marketing trends, Shopify advancements, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven experience in growing D2C brands with measurable results in revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Experience in developing growth strategies that balance performance marketing, retention, and brand building. Strong expertise in Google Shopping Ads, Meta Conversion Ads, and Shopify campaign management to scale performance. Hands-on experience in Shopify website management including theme customization, app integration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in conversion tracking setup and tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify-specific tracking solutions. Strong analytical skills , with proven ability to use Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics for performance optimization. Working knowledge of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their application in Shopify is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail for addressing both technical and marketing challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
