Job Summary

We are seeking a sales professional to support business growth among Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Large Processing Industries (LPIs). The successful candidate will pursue sales leads, develop customer relationships, generate business opportunities and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively pursue and follow up on sales leads to expand the SME and LPI customer base.
2. Engage existing and potential customers to promote and sell the product range.
3. Build and maintain relationships with SME and LPI customers.
4. Generate new business opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
5. Expand the customer base through effective outreach.
6. Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

Preferred Industry Exposure

Electrical, switchgear, transformer, transducer or metering organizations. Experience serving industrial and process-industry customers such as steel, sugar, cement, food and pharmaceutical businesses is preferred.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should demonstrate a combination of relevant product knowledge, B2B sales experience, customer engagement, lead follow-up and business development capability. Candidates must be willing to be based in Hyderabad and manage the AP/Telangana territory.

1. Must-have criteria

• Relevant B.Tech/Diploma qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Power or Instrumentation.
•  5 to 14 years of relevant experience.
• B2B sales experience involving electrical products or related energy solutions.
• Evidence of customer-facing sales, lead follow-up and business development.
• Hyderabad base or willingness to relocate, with AP/Telangana territory feasibility.

2. Preferred criteria

• Experience with electrical OEMs, switchgear, transformers, transducers or metering.
• Customer exposure to SMEs, LPIs and process industries.
• Hands-on experience with the product categories specified in the JD.
• Evidence of opening new accounts, expanding existing business or achieving sales targets.
• Experience in relevant electrical-product companies listed in the source email or similar organizations.
