About the Opportunity

Sales Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities

• Team Management & Leadership:

  Manage, guide, and mentor a team of telesales executives to achieve daily and monthly revenue/collection targets.

• Performance & Call Quality Monitoring:

  Monitor live and recorded calls, track team KPIs, evaluate pitch quality, and provide continuous coaching and retraining.

• Daily Operations:

  Conduct daily huddles/briefings, handle roster planning, manage team attendance, and track daily leave schedules.

• Sales Support & Escalations:

  Step in to handle high-level sales objections, assist team members in pitch closing, and improve overall conversion metrics.

• Reporting & Hiring:

  Track team performance analytics, generate daily sales reports, and support the recruitment team with candidate screening and initial interviewing.

Preferred Candidate Profile / Eligibility

• Education:

  Graduate / Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing. Prior team handling / supervisory experience is preferred.

• Key Skills:

  Strong leadership, sales negotiation, call quality auditing, objection handling, and operational reporting.

• Mindset:

  Highly target-driven, comfortable operating under sales pressure, and capable of driving team productivity.
