Team Leader - Sales

Somani Realtors is seeking an experienced, high-performing, and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales for the East Pune region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and proactive sales leader with strong market connections, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and deep expertise within Grade A Channel Partner (CP) environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, managing strategic developer relationships, and scaling real estate sales operations across East Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently achieve individual and collective business targets.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the East Pune real estate market to drive growth and market share.
• Developer Relations: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, strategic relationships with major Grade A developers across the region.
• Market Expertise: Leverage strong insights into the East Pune real estate landscape to identify emerging market trends, target demographics, and high-potential property projects.
• Accountability & Operational Ownership: Take complete ownership of sales targets, lead conversion pipelines, team KPIs, and overall regional business operations.
• Pipeline Management: Monitor team activity, refine sales pitches, conduct regular reviews, and ensure high standards of lead conversion and customer service.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working with a Grade A Channel Partner (CP) company in the real estate sector.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the East Pune real estate market and local dynamics.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in sales strategy execution, team management, and talent development.
• Relationship Building: Established network and strong professional relationships with developers in Pune.
• Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and high sense of accountability and ownership.

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
