Team Leader & Sales Representatives (Tele Marketing)

As a Team Leader & Sales Representative (Tele Marketing) in our organization, your responsibilities will include making calls to potential customers, explaining our company's services and products, maintaining daily call records, and submitting daily progress reports. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum education level of 12th grade or higher, possess fluent communication skills in the local language, and have basic computer skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as internet reimbursement. The work schedule is during day shift from Monday to Friday. In addition to the base salary, you will be eligible for performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree, although it is not mandatory. The work location is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
