Job Description: Team Leader – Insurance Telecalling

Location: Noida
Department: Operations
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of insurance telecallers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
  • Monitor calls, agent productivity, and quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve team performance.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure process compliance.
  • Prepare daily MIS reports and track team KPIs.
  • Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and customer data confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Experience in insurance, BFSI, or BPO operations.
  • Team handling and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of CRM, dialers, and MS Excel.
  • Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality and compliance.

Preferred: Experience in insurance renewals, sales, customer servicing, or outbound calling, with 1–2 years of team supervision experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
