Team Lead/ Sr. Team Lead - Managed Azure Cloud Services(TW-3167)

As an Azure Cloud expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on Azure. Your role will involve experience with infrastructure migration from on-premise to Cloud or cloud to cloud migrations in Azure, ensuring that the cloud architecture meets all technical and business requirements. In terms of operational excellence, you will manage and optimize Azure resources for cost-effectiveness and performance, monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability, and implement and maintain best practices for cloud security, compliance, and governance. Your experience with deploying various Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service, VNET, VM, API Management Gateway, SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Traffic Manager, and others will be crucial. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also be involved in team management, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineers. You will foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide feedback. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams for project management, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as reporting on project progress and escalating issues as needed. Your role will also include providing technical guidance and support by offering expert-level support and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems, staying updated with the latest Azure features, tools, and best practices, and conducting training sessions for team members and stakeholders on Azure technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure cloud and a total of 10 years of experience in IT, along with experience in managing technical teams. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and orchestration, experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates or similar, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential skills required for this position. Having the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is mandatory, and other relevant Azure certifications are a plus.,
