Team Lead, Information Security Architecture & Engineering

You are a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect & Engineer responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise security solutions. Your role involves strategizing secure architecture design for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, evaluating and recommending security technologies aligning with business needs, and collaborating with various teams to integrate security controls into system designs. Additionally, you will implement, configure, and manage security tools and platforms, troubleshoot security tool-related issues, and monitor and optimize security systems for optimal protection and performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop secure architecture strategies for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. - Evaluate and recommend security technologies, tools, and solutions aligning with business needs and regulatory requirements. - Lead risk assessments, and architecture reviews for enhancements, POCs, Critical systems, and projects. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure, and operation teams to integrate security controls into system designs. - Implement, configure, and manage security tools and platforms (e.g., SIEM, EDR, SWG, WAF, CASB, IAM, DLP). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security tools. - Monitor and tune security systems to ensure optimal protection and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Security. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and OCI). - Experience in network, endpoint, and web security. - Familiarity with security technologies including firewalls, EDR, antivirus, VPN, ISE, etc. - Preferred Tools/Technologies: Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ISE, Firewalls, EDR, CASB.
