Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Mode of Work: All 5 days ( Monday to Friday ) Work from office
Shift: Night Shift

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AR Callers (3-5+ years experience).
Allocate daily/weekly work volumes and monitor productivity & quality.
Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and manage escalations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and skill enhancement.

Operations Management

Oversee AR calling activities including follow-up with insurance companies, resolving claim denials, and addressing underpayments.
Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims and reduction of
A/R Days, Denial Rates, and Aging Buckets
.
Manage work queues, track productivity, and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the escalation point for client communication regarding AR calling issues.
Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders on performance, issues, and action plans.
Participate in client calls, reviews, and audits as required.
improvements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM, payer guidelines, AR & Denial Management.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
Leadership, team-building, and conflict management.
Analytical mindset with experience in Excel/Reports/RCM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
