As a Team Lead AI Products at Techvantage.ai, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered products and platforms, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems. - Architecting end-to-end AI solutions from data pipelines to model serving and product integration. - Guiding and mentoring a team of AI engineers and developers to ensure technical excellence and innovation. - Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business goals. - Evaluating, prototyping, and integrating emerging AI frameworks and tools into production workflows. - Overseeing scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI models and services. - Driving code quality, documentation, and adherence to MLOps best practices. - Promoting a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of total software development experience, with 2+ years in AI product development. - Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers (Hugging Face). - Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI models across text, vision, or multimodal domains. - Proven expertise with Agentic AI frameworks. - Experience deploying models into production environments using modern MLOps pipelines. - Good understanding of vector databases and prompt engineering strategies. - Ability to lead and manage small to mid-sized teams, set priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in agile setups. - Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for applied innovation in AI. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Prior experience leading AI projects or product development teams. - Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized deployments. - Knowledge of RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniques. - Understanding of business/product lifecycles and data-driven decision-making.
