Report performance updates, challenges, and opportunities to senior management. Help develop action plans based on performance data. 4. Training & Development Support onboarding of new team members. Help with training sessions, product knowledge sharing, and skills development. Encourage best practices and continuous learning within the team. 5. Problem-Solving & Support Act as a point of contact for team issues or conflicts and assist in resolution. Provide support to team members when they face customer or operational challenges. 6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Maintain communication between the team and other departments (e.g., HR, sales, operations).
