Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials according to the curriculum.
Deliver interactive and student-centered lessons in a classroom setting.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Identify and support the diverse learning needs of students, including remedial help when necessary.
Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.
Engage with parents/guardians to report on student progress and address concerns.
Participate in school events, training sessions, and community outreach activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure holistic development of students.
Promote the values of the NGO, including respect, equality, and social responsibility.
