Role & Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university Professional teaching qualification: D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed (mandatory) Fluency in English with strong communication and classroom management skills Prior experience in teaching young learners preferred, but freshers with appropriate qualifications may also apply Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in line with the prescribed curriculum Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Assess, document, and report student progress regularly Coordinate with colleagues and participate in school events and academic planning Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on student performance and development/ responsibilities.
