About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct Live One-on-One Online Sessions Deliver engaging and interactive classes using teams. 2. Plan and Customize Lessons Design lesson plans tailored to the student's syllabus (IGCSE, GCSE, CBSE, ICSE, etc.) and individual learning needs. 3. Monitor Student Progress Track academic performance, identify learning gaps, and provide timely feedback to students and parents. 4. Maintain Consistent Communication Coordinate class schedules, share learning updates, and maintain professional communication with students/guardians. 5. Create and Evaluate Assignments Assign relevant homework, tests, and quizzes and assess them to monitor understanding and retention. 6. Use Digital Teaching Tools Effectively Leverage educational software, online worksheets, and visual aids to enhance teaching effectiveness. 7. Maintain Discipline and Professionalism Ensure a focused learning environment and adhere to the institute's code of conduct and session timing. 8. Participate in Training or Review Meetings (if required) Attend periodic meetings for academic reviews, training sessions, or curriculum updates. 9. Prepare students for exams or assessments. Adapt teaching styles to suit neurodiverse or international learners. Provide support with spoken and written communication skills (especially for language tutors).
