You will be responsible for developing student and teacher-related content materials aligned with the requirements of various products at Prayoga Institute of Education Research in Bengaluru. As a key member of the teaching team, you will play a crucial role in educating students and empowering teachers while contributing to educational research projects. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, reviewing, and finalizing content for student learning in middle and secondary school-level Science, focusing on experiential learning and pedagogies. You will design activities to enhance science experiences, teach Science using an inquiry-based method to inspire and enhance students" competence, and participate in long-term teacher empowerment programs to support teachers in acquiring competence in experiential learning pedagogy. Additionally, you will mentor in-service teachers through class observations and discussions, actively participate in education research projects, collect and maintain relevant data for research purposes, and engage in discussions and activities to support the transformation of schools, teachers, and students effectively. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in Science, Education with a B.Ed or any teacher training degree, along with a Masters degree in Physics. You should have 2-15 years of teaching experience in science, preferably Physics, at middle, high school, or beyond levels. Strong interpersonal and observation skills, excellent English and Kannada communication abilities, familiarity with pedagogy and content development, basic computer and internet proficiency, and a willingness to travel as needed are essential requirements. Training will be provided for conducting teacher empowerment programs, enhancing observation and mentoring skills, mastering data collection, management, and analysis, as well as understanding various pedagogical approaches.,
