TEACHER & ACADEMIC IN-CHARGE

As an Academic Incharge (Primary) at AADHARSHILA GLOBAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, your role will involve overseeing the academic activities for primary classes. With a qualification of B.A/B.Sc. along with B.Ed. and 5-8 years of teaching experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the primary section. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the primary school curriculum - Coordinate with teachers to plan and implement effective teaching strategies - Monitor student progress and provide necessary support - Collaborate with parents, teachers, and management for the overall development of students Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science with a B.Ed. - 5-8 years of teaching experience in a school setting - Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi - Familiarity with the latest trends in Education and the National Education Policy (NEP) For the position of Teachers (English, Hindi, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Games & Sports) at AADHARSHILA GLOBAL PUBLIC SCHOOL, candidates are expected to be graduates in their respective subjects with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed. The ideal candidates must exhibit the following traits: - Experience and dedication in teaching - Tech-savvy with a passion for working with children - Effective communication skills in English and Hindi - Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and NEP Please note that this is a full-time position based in Kharsawan, Jharkhand.
