As a Tax Executive, you will be working closely with the Tax Manager to support tax compliance, reporting, and research activities across seven APAC countries. Your role will involve assisting with tax filings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely tax functions. This position presents a valuable opportunity to enhance your expertise in multi-jurisdictional tax practices and collaborate with seasoned tax professionals. - Assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes for designated countries. - Maintain well-organized tax records to guarantee completeness for compliance and audit purposes. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports for both internal and external requirements. - Support transfer pricing documentation needs and aid in generating reports following OECD and local regulations. - Analyze financial data from accounting and finance departments to facilitate tax calculations, filings, and audits. - Collaborate with external tax advisors, auditors, and local authorities when necessary for tax compliance and filing issues. - Aid in collecting necessary documentation and data for tax audits and inquiries. - Respond to inquiries from local tax authorities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with tax compliance software or ERP systems is advantageous.
