Key Responsibilities :- Brand Partnerships Identify, pitch, and close brand deals aligned with our creative offerings. Develop customized brand integration strategies for events and digital content. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for clients, artists, venue partners, and collaborators.Ensure effective coordination across all stakeholders for smooth project execution.Build and nurture long-term professional relationships to support ongoing business. Proven ability to build brand partnerships from scratch and manage B2B relationships across campaigns. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating with artists, clients, and multiple stakeholders across events and collaborations. With millions of listeners and an ever growing creative community, we aim to create spaces (both on stage and online) where people can share their most personal narratives. Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive growth through paid campaigns, optimize ROI, and turn insights into impact. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube), and other relevant platforms. Drive conversions for show ticket sales, follower growth, lead generation, and brand partnerships. Create A/B experiments for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. Analytics & Tracking- Set up, manage, and analyze tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion events. Build performance dashboards and weekly campaign reports (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM). Monitor campaign performance and make data driven decisions to improve results. Funnel Optimization - Establish acquisition funnels - from awareness to conversion to retention. Improve landing page performance and conversion rates working with design/content teams. Reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and increase ROAS. Collaboration & Creative Strategy- Collaborate with the content/video team to create performance driven ad creatives - hooks, copy, thumbnails, storytelling cuts. Understand storytelling emotion based creative formats (reels, snippets, narrative videos) and repurpose content into performance ads. Audience Growth & Community Retargeting - Build retargeting edges using platform audiences (video views, form fills, engaged audience). Experiment with lookalike & interest based audiences. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing (preferably in D2C, events, creator economy, startups, or contentled platforms). Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager & Google Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable outcomes. Knowledge of GA4, A/B testing, UTM tracking, and funnel design. Comfort in a fast paced creative environment and willingness to experiment. Experience with ticketing based campaigns or event promotions is a plus. Understanding of storytelling/poetry/content culture will be admired.
